Bio:

Constanze and her team have been strategically and operationally responsible for email marketing and CRM at Bergfreunde for 2.5 years. 

Prior to this, she spent 6 years in CRM at HUGO BOSS, where she and her team, among other things, made the global CRM strategy usable locally with the regional branches.
